Refund / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for Conference and Seminars
Full Refund given if Registration is canceled before 30 days prior to the event.  One Half refund given if Registration is canceled fifteen days prior to the event.  No Refund given 15 days prior to event.  Registration Fees ARE transferable .

Refund Policy for products
All CD's and DVD's and other merchandise, if defective or damaged, will be replaced with like product.

Cancellation Policy
You have the right to terminate your Bench Jewelers Television Network Membership at any time.  If you terminate your Bench Jewelers Television Network Membership at any time after the first day of the subscribed period or any subsequent period, you agree that you will pay all fees entirely for that according period.
